How does Mypop work?

By means of NFC technology, you can share all your data with others with one hand movement with the Mypop tag or Mypop card. Move your tag along another smartphone, after which your profile will be opened by means of a pop-up.

Is my phone compatible with the tag?

Mypop products can be attached to any phone, phone case or surface. To use the NFC functions, the following smartphones are available:


All iPhones from year 2017 are equipped with NFC technology.

When the phone contains the Android operating system, NFC technology is embedded in almost all cases.


To see whether your smartphone is equipped with NFC technology, you can consult the settings of your phone.

How does NFC scanning work?

NFC stands for Near Field Communication. Your phone scans the device that is equipped with an NFC chip to receive data. In the case of Mypop, you receive a URL to the digital business card with your phone via the tag, card or keychain.

To see whether your smartphone is equipped with NFC technology, you can consult the settings of your phone.

Do I need an app to use Mypop?

Yes, the Mypop app is required to edit and maintain your data and business card.

You do n't need an app to share your business card. Mypop uses NFC technology and can be scanned by all modern phones without the use of an application.

What are the advantages?

Mypop creates a fast transfer of your personal or business data, and it is also a money-saving, easy and sustainable solution.

What about the security of my personal information?

Your account is encrypted with a username and password. When your phone or Mypop is stolen or lost, you can easily block the Mypop so that others cannot access it.

My order

What is the delivery time of my order?

For custom products we maintain a delivery time of 3-5 days. For products that are available in the webshop, we keep the delivery time at 2-3 days. This delivery time is subject to change.

Can I return my order?

The standard products can be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately this is not possible for Custom products, if there is something wrong with your product, please contact us.

How do I deliver the design for my order?

You deliver your Custom tag via the webshop. You adjust the format in the tool and make sure it is the way you want it. We will check your design for problems and then get started!

Mypop App

Why do I need the Mypop app?

The Mypop App is needed to make your business card functional. Here you can adjust your details and activate your product.

What can I do with the Mypop app?

With the Mypop app you can easily and quickly change your contact details. In addition, you can also make it more personal in the app by adjusting colors, changing the cover photo or your profile picture.

In addition to your digital business card, you will also find the connections you have made in the app.

Do other people also need the Mypop app?

Certainly not! When you share your profile with someone else, the Mypop app is not necessary.

Our application has been developed in such a way that when you share your data, without your interlocutor owning the Mypop app, your profile will be opened via the internet browser.

This means that your profile can always be opened and the other person does not need the app!

Where do I download the Mypop App?

The app is available in the Google Play Store and the App Store.

I am not yet a customer, can I still use the app?

Secure! You can currently create your account for free in the Mypop app . This way you can get to know the environment and how it works. When you order your product, you can easily link it to your account to start using it.

Mypop for companies

Can I also have the design made by Mypop?

We recommend submitting your own design. We can, however, help you find the correct format file or the correct size of the image.

Can I order larger quantities?

Sure! We are happy to look together at a suitable offer for your company. Please contact us for this, by mail or by telephone on +31 85 401 49 39.

How do I manage employee accounts?

With the help of the Mypop app, your employee can easily create his or her own account. When the employee no longer works for the organization, the account can easily be deleted by the person concerned or Mypop.

When a new employee joins, they easily create their own account, after which a product can be linked.

At the moment it is not yet possible for companies to create an umbrella platform for accounts. This feature is under development and we hope to share it with you soon!
